Okay, so im Domestic Head (In Acting)
To do: accept governors build queues. If war is declared, hand queues over to military.
Have worker finish mine. When done, hold spot vote on wether or not to irrigate S of Valhalla.
Have worker finish road. Let militay decide wether or not Morgana should be linked to the network. If so, link Morgana.
Also- Correct me if im wrong, but dont I get to name the second city captured/built tonight?
Also- unsure of where next city is to be built (lack of opinions) and stay tuned for offical borders.

America 13g
Zululand 14g

Greece 39g give contact with Babylon
England 29g give contact with Indians & Babylon
Russia 22g give contact with Japanese

-- possible --
Aztecs 20g give contact with Americans
Rome 19g give contact with Babylonians

(note, we can give any contact and each nation will accept it. America has 13g, and Zululand has 14g. Not worth trading in my opinion.)

I would be remiss in my duties as Culture Leader if I didn't put in a plug for Temples, and Libraries. :D

However, I also realize that at this stage of this game, Culture must take a back seat if we are to ensure our survival as a civilization.

Using the map on the Military Department. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=531428#post531428) as a guide. Note thease are last minute changes so ignore the arrows.

1. Move one of the archers near Tlaxcala into its borders while the other groups up with the archer on the mountans near Tenochtitlan.

2. Move the other two archers into the borders of the Aztecs for recon. Then have them regroup to the other archers near Tlaxcala.

3. The archers near Tenochtitlan should move onto the mountan and fortify.

Ok, since i'm the deputy... (and stuck asked me too...)

Valhalla - add a settler to the current build queue if the war is going well. Otherwise, put a barracks for warriors at the end of the queue. just put the settler in for now, but if the war turns south in 8 turns, switch to barracks.
