This is a poll of the citizenry to set Fanatikan policy.

In accordance with Code of Standards, Section F, I post this Official poll which can be binding, depending on the outcome. If the option of Maybe - Conditionally is chosen, then a follow on discussion and poll must occur to define those conditions.

The relevant discussion for this topic has occured for the appropriate timeframe in this thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=546372#post546372

This poll will remain open for a minimum of 48 hours, or until a quorum is reached.

Hehe. As many of you know from last game, I will pop rush at the drop of a hat, if it will provide a benefit that outweighs the cost.

I am not going to get in the middle of this one, but if it comes down to a couple of key libraries . . .

Once again, a "maybe" vote. I don't particularly like pop-rushing, but will often use it to sneak in a quick temple in newly captured cities that are at high risk of culture flipping.

As noted above, if Maybe wins, then I will open another discussion thread to begin the process of designating when pop rushing can be used.

if we used pop rushing, eklektikos, we would have no right to keep such cities. a definite no.

This poll has reached quorum and a second discussion will be opened in reference to what situations will support the use of pop rushing.
