Im looking for a good scenario for PBEM play that is during or after Napolean and up till the end of WW2. Please suggestions.

Try Bonaparte II by John Ellis. Although right now there is a tournament going on for this Scenario so Im not sure how much interest you would get.:)

I would say Age of War, Age of Imperialism, Great Napoleonic Battles, The Struggle for Europe, 2194 Days, and Bonoparte II are the big six for PBEM's. The gigamap version of 2194 is the best for PBEM's IMO, but it is still in the testing stages.
