I need help i havent played Civ 3 in a while and i lost my book. i need to kno how do u upgrade all of your units at 1 time??

Shift plus u. Upgrades all units of the kind you've activated in cities with barracks.

I thought shift-U was in an upgrade and so it would be in the manual. Right?

You need a barracks to upgrade units, which makes Sun Tzu's art of war an even better wonder and should be gotten at all costs (pryamids and Smith trading companny too!)
