Yoda Power Oct 26, 2002, 06:58 AM last, i am so sorry about all the files btw there is a readme in one of the files you better read that before doing anything. And i really mean it when i say this is the best scenario i made.

its cool, but maybe someone could tell me if there was a better way to attach them becorse this is really to many.
_Impreza_ Oct 27, 2002, 06:39 AM create a another file to put them all in and zip that file and all of them will be zipped then.
Azale Oct 27, 2002, 09:13 AM Shoot, Impreza beat me to it.:D
Why so many files? Does the scenario have custom units, civs, etc.?
edit: nevermind, didn't read first post
Audax Legatus Nov 10, 2002, 01:56 PM Fun scenario. Maybe you should strengthen the Royalists a bit, as the Nationalists they were easy pickings
Lynx Nov 29, 2002, 05:57 PM the fench revolution was really crazy, hehe
Aeon221 Apr 22, 2003, 05:06 PM Heh
If you look at the number of DLs it is hilarious, from almost 300 to just over a hundred on 5&6 and then topping off at a grand total of 130 on the last one. Do you thing that means ppl got tired after the first few, or just didnt notice the rest?
anonymous4401 Apr 22, 2003, 09:13 PM All of them d/led in less than a minute, and I have dial-up. Why don't you just put them all in a few big files and upload it to the server?

Yoda Power Sep 21, 2003, 01:36 PM Really nice:goodjob: Im gonna put the download in the first post:)
Yoda Power Sep 21, 2003, 01:43 PM btw i might update it to c3c with the new NAPP mod in works.
Rocoteh Sep 21, 2003, 04:37 PM I have just downloaded The French Revolution.
It looks very interesting.
I will play it. That is 100%.
Rocoteh
Yoda Power Sep 22, 2003, 12:32 AM thanks, but keep in mind that its not ACW, ok;)
Rocoteh Sep 22, 2003, 01:17 AM I am not sure what you mean, but the problem with
ACW (as I stated in my last post in that thread) is
that it have become to heavy for the average CIV-player
and needs a complete redesign.
If this scenario is more light I see no problem with that.
Again I am not sure what you mean.
Rocoteh
Yoda Power Sep 22, 2003, 11:03 AM it was just a joke+this scenario isnŽt testet as much as ACW, so dont expect as much accurazy:)
Rocoteh Sep 22, 2003, 11:10 AM OK, I understand, but I have started to play
The French Revolution and I really like it.
Rocoteh
Rocoteh Sep 23, 2003, 04:42 AM Yoda Power,
I have played 8 turns and I still think this scenario
have potential. I have changed War-Weariness to
none for The Republic since there were "peace-riots"
after only 5 turns.
I hope you update the scenario when Conquests
reach the market. Techs needs to be changed.
If one turn = 1 month, movement rates should be increased.
With War-Weariness set to none I will restart the scenario.
Also: Thank you to Alquimista-BR who made the update.
To those who have played The French Revolution:
Have anyone won this scenario?
If so, how many turns did it take?
Rocoteh
Yoda Power Sep 23, 2003, 06:34 AM Thanks for the comments:) IŽll update it to the NAPP mod when thats finish.
Alquimista-BR Sep 23, 2003, 11:27 AM Rocoteh,
I will review the things you wrote and i try to find some new images for the Wonders!
If any other sugestion, send it!
Thanks,
Alquimista-BR
Yoda Power Sep 23, 2003, 11:30 AM actually I would prefer if you keep posting in this thread, as im going to update it myself someday.
Rocoteh Sep 25, 2003, 08:15 AM I have made some revisions for this scenario:
1) Changed War-weariness from low to none
for The Republic.
2) Corrected time-scale so know May 1792 will be
followed by June 1792.
3) Removed Warrior units.
4) Removed Swiss War-Elephants
5) Added SwissGrenadier.

Rocoteh Sep 26, 2003, 05:34 AM I "converted" the Bavarian Grenadier to a
Swiss Grenadier!
Rocoteh:) :)
stgelven Nov 30, 2003, 10:26 AM is this scenario still not in only one file? (much easier to download!)
i try to downlaod anyway and after a quick game, i hope giving ideas to this scenario
Yoda Power Nov 30, 2003, 12:14 PM There is a single download for PTW in the first post.
Swiss Bezerker May 18, 2005, 05:51 PM Any screenshots?
Serutan May 18, 2005, 08:54 PM It's a year and a half since the last post. I strongly suspect YodaPower has let it die.
Yoda Power May 21, 2005, 07:19 AM Serutan suspects very right.
Erster.Heiler May 30, 2005, 03:57 AM And why have you let it die? Why don't spend work in it and make the changes Rocoteh mentioned? A good scenario should be updated if there are possibilities to make it better. Or don't you think so?

I totally agree, but I don't have time and besides I lost the interest. I've made lots of scenarios, and some mods too. I don't have time to actually update them all the time, and convert them when new expansions arrive. Right now I am occupied with testing the lord of the mods, and soon civ 4, so this leaves me little time to actually mod anything.

@Erster, I think this might be a good scenario, so if you are willing to work on it and improve Yoda's initial good work, I don't think anyone will mind. Hey, I'll be your customer! :D
