Is there a certain way to go about making a civ into your own personal play thing. I THINK I did it once, but I'm not too sure. I just really want to make America my slave :king:.

Using the editor you can make an awesome UU. Or, you can make stuff that only you can build.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Sure. Most people do it while milking games. You just stay below Domination, and keep those civs with only a few cities and a small military. You can constantly demand money and lux from them, and basically just push them around.
