There were two applicants to the position. Both showed high initiative in pursuit of the position as well as very promising traits for the job in particular and the Judiciary in general. As you can imagine, it was very difficult to choose between the two of them. naervod won this appointment by successfully defending a hypothetical case to me via PM.
