I'm starting a PBEM game, I'm looking for 5+ other players to play. It won't be a fast game, I expect to have an average of 2 turns per day, so those with few freetime can still join. We'll decide of the play style/map/etc. together.

Once you get the players to do this good luck because in the pioneer PBEM game, i believe they have like 4 human players and it is taking them awhile, though i do enjoy reading the posts.

I would also be interested in joining a game, since playing Civ 3 PBEM where I only get to take turns when I first wake up isn't nearly enough Civ 3 PBEM for me.

I don't care either way. I just want to play without AI (only human players). I don't want the game to stall because of too many players but I don't want too few to feel my wrath... :P

Suggestions? Or do y'all just want pretty much full random? Also, with only 4 players, I'm thinking we should use the smallest or second smallest map size.

Alright then...if you guys don't care about the settings, I could just start the game up however and then send out all necessary contact information and get this game rolling...otherwise, speak now, or forever hold your peace. ;)

Second smallest map size would be preferred over tiny, at least for me. We'll still be running into each other early on, but there *might* be a chance to at least get a 2nd or 3rd city before we meet. :)

Oh, and I think we have to pick civs for PBEM... I'd like Carthage, if no one else has contacted you about it yet.

I'll stick with my old standby the persians if thats ok.

Okay...so we have the second smallest map size, no AI, random/chosen settings (some I may pick, some I may leave random if I have no preference...I'll tell you what I decided on when I have done it), and the civs are:

Napoleon Hitler - Spain
Borealis - Carthage
Essex - Persia
Sashaddin - Japan

I'll get this game launched soon, and I will begin a turn tracking thread.
