i want to change Peter to Catherina, because her bonus to spread culture is much more required even for the AI, but where do i find the info in the MOD, so i can change these two?

how do i change the terrain of the MOD? as i want the square Romans have with stone on it, changed to include a forest, so to avoid romans always getting the wall and pyromids?
