3. We have new comers to the forums, and some veterans

I like being on a smaller team. We each have a larger voice! The Stonehenge debate was the prime example: one vote could swing it. Granted this could happen with a 26-25 vote on a larger team, but that isn't too likely to happen.

A mix of newcomers and veterans is also ideal. The latter can rely on experience, the former can bring up new ideas which are different from the "usual way" of thinking.

Yes, we are a ragtag band of misfits... and I wouldn't have it any other way! We are totally gonna win this thing ;)

I like our team too, and think we should be able to do quite well. In a lot of ways though we didn't get off to a start with a ton of players and a unified theme, but then again it'll be fun to be on the outside looking in and having to deal with the Amazons or Merlot or something.

I'm thinking that the smaller team makes it more manageable to organise. Particularly as things will get busier and the turnplayers are relying on the advisors more.

Plus everyone loves the underdogs ;-)
