Dunno. Have to get Brad's expert advisement here, but I'm pretty sure we'd have to be at 1.29 for it to work since it's not just a graphics pack but a rules tweak.

And that's a bummer.

It only works with Play the World expansion because the scenario is in BIX format, not BIC.
