I guess that's good. Auguste Delaune. It had indeed a velodrome, but now they built some new standings and I think the track is only visible in some parts of the stadium.

Spain and Italy are more difficult for me anyway. How about Napoli for Italy and I have no idea about Spain but will have a think.
