I was going to make a map of the English empire and stuff, and I cant figure out how to place a normal city, lol. I tried looking hte help and everything. I know about the starting location, but I dont know about place other cities. Can someone please help me!

oh ya, and I was wondering if anyone had a GOOD ww2 scenario that would work with PTW? I am really wanting to play one of those ;)
