Address Book/Calender program that will track customer birthdays, addresses and alert the user when their Birthday is perhaps a week away?

My Mom owns a Cafe and is planning on doing some special offers on people's birthdays, but the windows address book really isn't good for the type of help she needs.

This program would (hopefully) be downloadable.:)
