It is a kind offer but I don't know if it's really needed. It would be easy to represent that uniform at civ scale using the props and figures we already have, together with some simple textures. So any unit maker who wants to make that unit could probably already do so. I must add that personally I'm not so keen on Michael-based units as I don't think they fit in with the scale and general look of most other units, although there are some exceptions.

... So, you're volunteering? :mischief: -BTW, as my original thought had been a mod of Wyrm's pickelhaube infantry, what model basis does he use?

- And, back to the issue at hand, any takers? :please:

Plotinus is Kind & Wise, but there's now officially a 36 hr countdown before I buy the model and (if there are no takers) toss it into a room full of chimpanzees (Civ4 enthusiasts :mischief: ?) and see what happens.

Is this a 2fer? Do you get both the officer and the rifleman? Does it come with animations?"British Soldier Poser Pack is an exciting collection of Figures, Props and motion sequences themed on the uniform, weapons and equipment of a British soldier from the late 19th century colonial period. The uniform and insignia are replicas of those worn by soldiers of the 24th Regiment of Foot. The set includes the weapons of that era most notably used in the Zulu wars in South Africa. A highly detailed and functional replica of a Martini Henry breech-loading rifle and fully functional and detailed replica of the legendary Webley revolver. Also included in the set are a large variety of key-framed and motion
capture motion sequences of rifle and pistol motions, including sequence clips particularily suited for Poser 7's motion layering capabilities. The clips can be combined to create numerous combinations and variations." see the website for an extensive list of what's included.
Pssst! - Methinks were going with Wyrmshadow's There are some units* that Wyrmshadow will probably never get around to. So it's probably okay for someone else to be interested in purchasing the set for themselves. ;)

That is a penny-farthing bicycle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penny-farthing), Oz. A prisoner unit would probably be a clever fellow in a black suit with white piping. The images that Blue posted are clearly 19th century British Soldiers on unicycles....:D

Oz had asked me to do MrZulu after the batch of tanks he ordered. That was some time ago.

Ditto distraction, too busy for FB and GMX has apparently "swallowed" 20 or so emails! [pissed]
