After installing 1.14 patch, I get following message when launching the application

"This application has failed to start because ifc23.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I can't find this dll file in PTW directory.

Just reinstall using the PTW CD and try to install the patch.

thats because you are using a poorly cracked version of PTW.

Don't advocate using the cracked version. Everyone should buy the game, not download an illegal copy of it.
