Yey! Man United have finally won a game in the league against a good team! :D

66' Goal by Diego Forlan and it's more bad defending as Giggs glides through the centre laying off to Forlan who had escaped his marker and the South American beats Dudek on his near post
63' Goal by Diego Forlan but it's a major howler from Dudek. Carragher heads back to his keeper under pressure from Van Nistelrooy but Dudek drops the ball between his legs and Forlan taps in from four yards.SHOCKER!

This time its a different goal keeper making the mistakes :)

I watched that match, and I can say from experience that 2 liverpool matches in one week is too much. I saw them play against Vitesse and then this one...

To describe liverpool in one word: BORING! I don't mean to offend anyone with this though.

Thank God we got some money for Dudek before his skills started to decline with the speed of light..... - Very Fanatical Feyenoord Fan.

I doubt that Dudek will be in goal though.
Ironic that Sandervelt(?sp) was sold for making a couple of mistakes and replaced by Dudek.

He's really a quite good keeper (he's not great or anything, but he usually gets the job done) He's with Real Sociedad now, in Spain, and they're in first place in the Primera Division (beat Bercelona 2-1 over the weekend).

I think the keepers Liverpool has (or had) are good keepers, just their keeperstrainer (or -training) sucks!! Dudek was absolutely spectacular when he was goalkeeper for Feyenoord. But our keeperstrainer (Pim Doesburg) is a great trainer (he also does the Dutch national team) so maybe the problem lies in a different place than mister Houllier is looking....

Yeah, Dudek used to be a good relyable goalkeeper when he played for Feyenoord. I can't understand how it can be so bad now. What happened to him over there in the UK????

What Darkness says is true. Pim Doesberg is a expert keeperstrainer! :goodjob:

Dudek has made some bad mistakes in the last few games, true.

But in his first year for Liverpool Dudek was, with some spectacular saves and high-level goalkeeping throughout the season, one of the main reasons Liverpool clinched 2nd place, and were in the title race with Arsenal for so long.

Its a little bit worrying that Houllier seems to react so quickly and replace the goalkeeper. From his actions it looks like he wont be playing Dudek for quite awhile when he only made a few mistakes... Barthez and Seaman still get to play even though they make plenty of mistakes.

Ole!

I think the ol' man ;) Gary Neville redeemed himself somewhat. We've got Arsenal next, though. That's gonna be tough, but I believe again!

You can keep on believing, crimson sunrise, Man Utd beat Arsenal and you're now third on the table... You'll get back on top. After all, you guys do have Ruud van Nistelrooij and that helps a lot!!!
