May I apply for Mayor of Civanatoria?

Congratulations on the sudden growth of your province. With all these new cities, you're going to have your hands full. :) I would like to recommend that the cities closer to Bavaria keep pumping out military units to reinforce our troops on the Japanese front and to bolster our southern garrisons against a potential Persian attack.

@Civanator- you are confirmed as mayor of Civanatoria. Treat the mayor's office with respect and the Fanatiakan public will remember this during your next appointment confirmation. Congratulations!
