Has anyone else used this in game and had this agreement either:

1. work (what did it look like?)
2. not resolve
3. be always "active"...

I had one that never resolved, and I have signed two more to see whether this works or not.

It worked. You get a free random tech.

I did one, but 30 turns seemed to take FOREVER. I had forgotten about it really & then all of a sudden I noticed I got a tech & it was from the pact.

Worked several times for me.
