We are situated to the north of the North Province, close to the cities of Denver(American) and Valhalla(Fanatikan)

Citizens of Naerva,

Our governor has graciously decided to add great improvements to the build queue for our city!

A factory is now in production, and will give us a production boost (shield increase).

Next in line is water. Our citizens are in need of fresh water. Finally, we do not have to travel far to get this. The aqueduct is indeed a welcomed addition to our growing city!

Our nation needs more men at arms. With the factory comleted, citizens may find work producing top-quality rifles. Brave men are also needed for military training in our barracks. A job that pays well!

No longer will our citizens have to trade goods in the streets. The marketplace will be the place where we can meet and trade.

The results are in, and we are 2nd on the Top 10 Cities list for culture! A truly great achievement.

It has been confirmed by quorum that Paalikles, mayor of the fine city of Naerva, is to become term 7 deputy governor of the North Province.

I will work together with governor Shaitan to continue improving this finest of Fanatikan provinces. We built Fanatika - and the foundation of Fanatika - now also including Bavaria, our nation's capital - must grow.
