Steps to reproduce:

- "Set up game" in single-player mode
- Go to Advanced setup
- Remove 'Time' victory (this seems to be part of creating the bug, it doesn't happen when it's still set)
- Delete an AI

Expected Results:
- Only the AI is removed from the screen and nothing else is removed
Actual Results:
- The AI is removed from the screen, but all other victory conditions are also unchecked.

I'll expand on this:

- Unchecking "Time" victory, then deleting (or adding) an AI player will turn off all the other win condition check boxes.

- Turning off Science, Domination, Cultural or Diplomatic and then adding/deleting an AI civ will cause that checkbox to revert to "on"

None of the Advanced Game Options checkboxes seem to be affected.

(And it still doesn't fix the issue that advanced setup doesn't remember my choices... grumble.)

In Advanced Game Options, there seem to be a number of things that turn off all win condition check boxes, it's probably not much to add but it seems that doing virtually anything in that screen turns them all off.

Seems to be mostly:

- anything that changes the # of civs
- changing the player's civ

So picking a different map type or map size can affect those checkboxes.
