I want to know if it is possible to create different Unique Units and Uniqe Buildings depending on what Leader are being used?

Or are the UU and UB civ-specific, and that's it!?

Is it possible to make the UU and UB available ONLY if civ and leader matches? So if you choose to play with Gandhi as a leader of France you won't get access to the UU and UB...

To the best of my understanding, Civ 5 currently only takes the first leader listed for a Civ. So if you want multiple leaders, you essentially need to duplicate the Civ with a new leader. Along with that you can do what you desire, and change the UU and UB for the duplicate Civ.

Ok,.. In Civ IV you first chose civ, and then had several leaders to choose from. This is not possible in Civ V (with modding)?

Well,... ok, I guess it is possible to make uniqe civilizations, identical in all aspects except the leader and leader-abilites. Then it would be possible to achieve what I wish.

Hmm,... but it wouldn't be as nice as in Civ IV... :)

Unfortunately, there hasn't been a way to give multiple selectable leaders to Civs in Civ 5 yet. I'm sure that if it is possible someone will find a way eventually, since it seems to be a fairly popular idea. But yes, for now the work around is identical duplicate Civs, except the leader and any other changes you want tied to that leader. :)

Ok, thanks... :)

Now,.. all I have to do is wait for a civ-creation-tutorial. You don't happen to know where I can find that for Civ V? :) (if it exists one)

Yep. Kael has put together an incredible guide for getting started with modding Civ 5, including how to add a Civ. The forum thread is: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=385009
