I've constructed a huge Earth map...now I'm attempting to populate it with several new city-states. However, despite all the proper XML changes and building the mod, I can't get the changes to work in-game (yes the mod is installed). I tried downloading the example city-state mod and I can't get that one to work either; the added city-states don't show up in the Civiliopedia.

I'm also trying to get my city-states modding to function with my new map, however despite loading the mod with the Worldbuilder + the map, when I go to add the city-state through the Scenario Editor none of my additions show up in the drop down menu.

I'm at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.

Yea I did the same thing. I ended up just moving on, maybe I'll add them later.
