He won't. And if he does, don't know how, we're all pretty f*cked.
Luckily, he's too left-leaning for most Dems to care about him.
John Kerry, tsk, Bush will wear him down.

January 20, 2009. Bush turns over the White House to Rudy Giuliani. You can bet on it.

Please NO!!!! Being a Bostonian, I can't stand Rudy's comments versus our beloved city and our Red Sox of course. I'd rather have Gore.

You'd rather have a putz like Gore becasue Rudy is a Yankee fan??

You're being funny, right?

Sounds good, except that Rudy has already said that he will never run for elected office again.

I met the man in June 2001, before the tragedy of the WTC. He came to Milwaukee to meet with our Mayor about a school program that was pioneered in Wisconsin.

They had lunch at the restaurant that I work at, and I was able to speak with him briefly as they arrived and took pictures for the news.

I found him to be a tremendously impressive man, and quite likeable. I would vote for him in a heartbeat.

Alas, it shall not happen.

Funnily enough I have met staunch conservatives who had similar experiences when meeting Clinton in person.

Didn't Dubya say as well that he would never run for the presidency? ;)

I met Clinton at Ft Drum in 1994, and yes, he is very likeable as a person. Charismatic as all hell.

But a total snake. :p

This was supposed to be a history thread, right? Its in history. Which means basically what would have happened if the 2000 election was handed to Gore and not Bush, but really it would have to cover, like the first year only, because anything more recent is really current events, right?
Which are off topic in this forum?

Well I venture a historical conjecture about that first year.

Al Gore would have removed his rubber mask and revealed himself to be a flesh eating reptilian alien. Nobody would have payed any attention. An agency would have been created to round up humans and have them converted to meat...

stop me anytime...

Umm...:mischief:

I am not really sure what the topic is, to be honest. Wether he meant 2000 or 2004...

Anyway, VOTE RUDY in 2008! :D
