I achieved a cultural victory in turn 486 with Ramesses II

I decided to play a few more turns to try some destruction against Hiawatha.
Constructed some nukes, attacked and got slaughtered by Hiawatha.
In turn 561 he finally took my last city and I expected a popup to announce the end of the game.

However, instead the AI kept playing it's turns.
Being curious I let it run for a while and when it reached turn +1000 (I was having dinner, I didn't watch it play out!) I chose to close the game. Seeing as how much difficulty civ5 has with crunching turns this was quite hard. Without player turns to pause the AI, you'll need to be patient for the UI to respond to interactions. Though you could kill it, I just didn't want to risk losing a save.

Attached is the autosave that was made in turn 560, the final turn before the AI takes over. If your system already has trouble crunching turns you'll be in heaven with this save !

Confirmed. I tried it and got the same result. Game just runs on and on and on.
