Due to the rather hectic schedule of the Maxis team at this moment, this is coming rather surprisingly. The time tomorrow will be 2pm EST, that is 7pm GMT. We are trying to change the time to 4pm EST, though. More info tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with Sean Decker the Producer of Simcity 4, He informed me that he is home and there is a bad storm. He keeps loosing power and so his connection is no good. As of right now we are speaking of Reschedualing for Monday. An announcement will be made Tomarrow Night.
