Does anyone know if you can edit civ 5s dll yet ive opened the gamecorefinal release but nothing that looks relevant to civ 4s dll's have they released it yet(editable civ5 dll's)? Am i just an idiot? Or are they keeping all of it hardcoded as to not allow us modders to truly fill in the blanks of the game they left out?

Anyone have any news or can tell me how to access these files?
I would like to know so as i can try to edit the buildings and improvment schemas
