If at any time you view the F5 Policies screen, it doesn't show the correct message if you don't have enough culture to buy a new policy.

Clearly Freedom has been adopted, so all the prerequisites for Constitution are met. However, it gives the message "This Policy may not be adopted yet because prerequisite Policies have not been acquired."

The correct message should be "This Policy may not be adopted yet because you haven't accumulated enough culture for a next Policy."

I seem to recall this had been fixed in a previous patch, but as of 1.383 I noticed that it's again giving a faulty message. It should say I don't have enough culture yet, because all prerequisite policies for Professional Army have surely be met.

Perhaps a mod can update the title to reflect 1.0.1.383 ?
