When I win a game of Civ V, a victory screen flashes up and a voice starts talking and I unconsciously click "one more turn" instead of looking at the other tabs on the victory screen.

How can I see that screen again once its been dismissed?

I don't think you can. You can exit the game and look at the high scores(hall of fame). That through the main menu.

I hate the fact that if you select the option to go back to the MAIN MENU then it doesn't give you the option to save your game before it goes there. You HAVE to click on 'ONE MORE TURN' and then save your game and then exit out.

Ever since Civ1 and Civ2, I habitually save the game at the start of the turn I know I'm going to win on. That way I can play through any final moments at any time later.
