Has the ptw editor fixed the bug that caused the game to crash much of the time when you changed civ-specific colors?

I think so. I've totally messed with the civ colors and haven't had a problem yet (except sometimes civs having the same color :lol: ).

I believe, that was fixed in 1.29f. I haven't tried it to be sure though, it's never been an issue for me.
