For my mod, I plan to make some drastic changes :
- All "regular" units will cost 1 population.
- A lot of worker job will consume the worker. I think than mines and farms (name of my irrigation) correspond not only to the building of the facilities, but also to people send there. Pb is : how can I change this in the editor? Is the fact that building an outpost "destroy" the worker hardcoded?
