I just recently got PTW and I am looking for a PBEM game or two. Also, does anyone else know where else is a good place to look for people to start a game?

I am in enough games already, but for PBEM this is the best resource around.

You can either start your own game and get others to join (they will see it and post to your thread), or you can find a game accepting players and join that.
