I've posted the completed unit in the units' forum.

This is another Mechanized Infantry unit. It's for the Turkish army. I suppose that would be the Ottomans in CivIII. The unit is named the Cobra; there is more information here (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/cobra/index.html).

Looks good, but the colour needs to be a darker, more 'metallic green (same goes for your Dardo - try using the colour scheme of the existing Mech Inf.). And the wheels need to be more set in to the hull - it looks a bit spindly at the moment. And I don't suppose you could make the gun bigger, or the turret more prominant? I know that's not to scale, but neither are the Firaxis Civ3 units, and at the moment the turret looks a bit weedy.

The wagon(is that what you say in english?) should be lowed a little and since this looks more like a car im going to use it as a replacement for the Humvee, could i do that or would it be too unrealistic?

Well, I'll admit that this is not the best looking unit here at CFC, but it's not the worst either. ;) Unfortunately, I made a better looking Cobra last night, but I proceeded to not "copy" the unit before opening the file I use with a lighting scheme. Over five hours of work was lost, and I was upset. So, I woke up early this morning and pumped this one out in less than four hours. I do not want to look at this model again! So, it's staying like it is. Sorry.

As for the color, sure, it's ugly. But anything darker just doesn't show any detail. So, oh well. I don't mind it. By the way, isn't the color scheme of the CivIII mechanized infantry brown? I'm just trying to remember.

On a personal note, I'm making this unit because I want to use it. No one else has to. ;)

Thank you. I like to get them done ASAP, so that I can use them . . . and everyone else can use them too. I don't like seeing previews that take a month before the unit is completed, like the Egyptian IS-3M did. It's frustruating.
