The files are not a mod, only unit graphics and .blend file.
This uses Civ 5 "modernarmor" animations.
Thanks Deliverator's TUTORIAL "Making units that use Civ 5 animations"

NOTE : You need put the folder "Edited_Aim_State" to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\resource\Common".

may I ask for another request?

Following units are attached:
- humvee (perhaps mechinf animation --> gunsound)
- t90 (modern armor ani)
- early fighter (fighter ani)
- early tank (tank ani)
- type97 (tank ani)

Seems, that at least this part of modding is going on quite well now :).
I like the unit, and really honour this effort :).
