I heard of this game somewere on this site and couldn't wait to get it. When i finally got my hands on it, i left it back after a week.
It's from the same company that made EU2.

This company seems to make brilliant concept games that get you very excited, but just seem to fail went it comes to hands-on gameplay.

I pretty enjoyed it though :) It's not as rich as a real and pure hexagonal wargame but well it made me spend several days of fun. Nevertheless I admit it was quite disappointing but maybe I was expecting too much (?)

Well.....if I paid for it I might be angry but as a free game it ain't too bad. ;) I find the simplicity to be fun but I am sure that after a few days I too will get bored like GK did.

As with EU2, I thought it was very good. It was relatively cheap over here in Britain, but I must admit, I did enjoy it. But then again, I really like all of Paradyces games, especially EU1&2

I think you are a bit hard on this game. It is a revoulutionary game. A strategy game not allowing to control your units:D
I thinlk it is like Centurion a game which I played a decade ago. But it had gladiators and stuff.
