Chieftess is correct. As stated in CoL C.3.H.5, FortyJ must now cast a Tie Breaking vote.

If I have been appointed governor of Hafen Land then I resign for the Deputy Governor of Gem. M. and nominate Trade/Warrior for Deputy Governor.

Edit: On second thought... I'm going to sleep on this. After sacrificing all that sleep last night, I need a break. I'll post my decision in the morning.

I certainly was not prepared for such controversy this early into my term, so I appreciate everyone's patience with me as I deliberated on this matter.

I hereby confirm my appointment of Donsig as Governor of Southwest Province. His opinions on current topics may not be consistent with all of the governors or all of the council for that matter, but I believe there are a significant number of citizens that do share his beliefs, and they need representation too. Furthermore, his experience and dedication to Fanatika combined with his willingness to speak out in support of what he believes to be right, will certainly serve all of Fanatika well in the upcoming term.

Congratulations to all appointees. I look forward to working with you all to make Term 5 one of the most productive terms on record!
