While Clinton was still president, he and the family were flying in Air Force 1 and a thought suddenly hits Bill. "Hilary!" he cries in excitement, "I just had a wonderful idea! Let's throw a $100 bill out the window and make somebody happy!"

"That's a good idea, but I can go you one better. Let's throw out 10 $10 bills and make 10 people happy."

"I've got an even better idea than that!" cries Al Gore. "Let's throw 100 $1 bills out and make 100 people happy!"

And Chelsea then says "I got an even better idea than that! One that'll make the whole country happy."

"Well don't keep us in suspense, dear, what's your idea? Dimes? Nickels? Pennies?"
