I made this specifically for mods that add a lot of new strategic resources. If you add too many SRs they start to overlap with year/turn texts. This does not add in custom icons, I can't figure out a way to make Civ5 use a different FontIcons.dss file. I have found 1 problem; since the scrollbar's xoffset is tied to the resource panel's xoffset the scrollbar will move to the right along with the resource panel.
