Hi, I have 2 questions....

Firstly, any ideas how can I chat during PTW games with the microphone?
I know I can use ~ for text, but no idea how to get voice working.

Secondly, I'm never able to host games, what might be causing it? It's really frustrating. I'm patched to 1.14f and connecting from within Civ 3, as opposed to the Gamespy client. Also, I've tried hosting on my LAN and hosting with Internet set as the location option, but no-one can see my game in the list of sessions.

Any ideas?

Are you behind a firewall or a router? This thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35588) might help.

Hi, thanks for thread link, I'll take a look now. I've got a firewall (Zonealarm Pro), but I have to shut it down whenever I play PTW. Despite closing the firewall, I still can't host games, can only connect to them.
