View Full Version : Leaderhead Idea/Suggestion!
Grey Fox Jan 18, 2003, 11:17 AM Why not create ERA Specific leaders?
What I mean is that each era could mean a different leaderhead..
For example Middle Age England could be Elizabeth, but Industrial could be Churchill and the Modern leaderhead could be Tony Blair or some other Modern Prime minister of england.
So what do you think?
Yoda Power Jan 18, 2003, 11:23 AM You cant make the names era specific.
gael Jan 18, 2003, 11:31 AM It would meen updating all the leaderheads.
I'm sure it could be done. Its just getting the people to do it.
I would love to see it aswell. It would be even better if you could set government preferences for each leader.

Kal-el Jan 18, 2003, 12:19 PM This was discussed earlier and the idea was that you would have the Leader name on the actual image.
It is definitely a good idea.
Yoda Power Jan 18, 2003, 12:29 PM I think all the leader would have to be the same gender, it would sound weird to hear from Queen Franco of the Spanish.

No they would'nt. As explained above, what you could do is have the name of the leader as 'Leader of X country', then have a name pasted onto the actual images of each leader.

Like Mr.President. Or Mrs. etc...
Neomega Jan 18, 2003, 09:05 PM of course all of that can be changed in labels.txt
gael Jan 19, 2003, 06:43 AM The PTW editor gives the option of masculine, feminine, or neutor.
Neutor my leave the title neutral. I'm not sure though, i've never used it.
