Anyone else getting this message?

It appears after I try to attack a city with a bomber and the city scrambles a fighter. Game locks-up and attemps to send error report to Microsoft. Doesn't happen all the time just most of the time.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is this happening with? PTW single player? PBEM? MP? Also, if you can reproduce it (or provide the save), you can post it in the Civ3 1.14 bug report forum.
