Well, I'm trying to work on a couple of maps, but they're pretty lousy so far, it's trial and error. What I have noticed is the lack of DyP maps around, which is disappointing and difficult since while you can play a vanilla map with DyP, the pictures are mixed up and sometimes it does crash. This is besides all the new PTW maps and the break from Civ III vanilla map-making.
What could be cool also is a scenario on the "African World War"...the war that has ravaged Central Africa for around 4-6 years and only now are foreign troops being pulled back. This is the war within the Demo. of Congo against the rebels in the east backed by Rwanda and Uganda. Congo is backed by Angola, Namibia, and someone else, I think. Anyways, it would make a cool scenario. Too bad it still isn't able to set enemies and alliances from the start (unless that is in PTW, I don't know).
Anyways, just a humble wonder from a lousy mapmaker. I'm not expecting anything, but it is an idea someone may enjoy doing.
