I picked up Commandos 2 yesterday and I'm having a bit of trouble. I don't know how to get the Weapons panel up. I have attached a picture to show the panel I want to get up. Any help would be appreciated

I played Commandos 1 before and thought it was EXTREMELY hard. I wouldn't be surprised if the sequel is just as difficult. Maybe you should consult the game manual? Wolfe Tone Jan 28, 2003, 05:00 AM I've checked through the manual and I get nothing. I'm not having much trouble with the missions and Commandos 1 wasn't that bad (the expansion on the other hand was damn near impossible.) I'm just looking for an easier way to access the weapons and items without having to remember all the hot keys. Someone out there must have this game and can help me with it, please, anyone? willemvanoranje Jan 31, 2003, 08:20 AM just right click on a weapon and you'll get the menu REMEMBER: a. the commando might have only 1 weapon in which case there will be no panel b. not all commandos can use every weapon Wolfe Tone Jan 31, 2003, 10:45 AM Originally posted by willemvanoranje just right click on a weapon and you'll get the menu REMEMBER: a. the commando might have only 1 weapon in which case there will be no panel b. not all commandos can use every weapon Thanks, I didn't realise it was that simple. I've been memorising hotkeys to get weapons up. Thanks again. willemvanoranje Feb 01, 2003, 04:47 AM  no problem, I did it the other way around: I used the right mouse button and somehow automatically memorized the hotkeys. The 'A' key is my favourite ;):p Yes, the A key always seems to come in handy. During the first couple of missions near enough all of my enemies ended up with a knife in the back from the Marine or his throat being slit by the Green Beret. I've tried to use the Q key more often so I can get my non-lethal neutralizations up. I rarely use the guns except for the sniper rifle or when I have no other option. willemvanoranje Feb 01, 2003, 08:52 AM right tactic! Q is a little slower, because you have to tie the guy up afterwards, but the time it takes to tie him up can be cut down which is good. I'm having a little trouble with one of the bonus missions, the one where you have to repel 2 columns of enemies, No. 4 I think. I'll think I'll leave that mission to later. |
