I play polish version of Civ3 (1.29) and I faced the following problem:
I was building my civ waitng for Synthetic fibers to get Modern Armour (to start a big final war).
Having got tech I wanted I got astonished: i still can produce only tanks! (doesn't matter i have plenty of required resources :cry: ). Modern armour (polish "nowoczesny czołg") simply dosn't exist!
I don't believe polish distributor answer promptly my problem so I turn to this forum::lol: Maybe someone knows how to fix the error with modern armour (in PL version). I have the special directory with all *.flc, *.wav and *.ini and all that stuff seems to me ok.
Can i do somethnig by myself?
(Earlier i spent hundreds of hours on the english version - so i'm sure here is something wrong)
