Definitely France. Not only would this decrease the likelihood of the French getting greedy as they pass by our inner cities, it will also speed their Cavalry through our lands and into enemy territory.

Basically. When I analyze the results, I will be comparing the number of votes for a RoP to the number of voters, so, if you do not vote for an option, you are, in essence, voting against it.

I'll go with France only. No good purpose can be served by having a lot of countries running troops through our territory. I might make an exception for the Russians, as they are doing a good job of keeping the Chinese occupied.

I am with donsig. We need to limit the amount of foreign troops on our land, as they either become impediments to our military or worse, Indian War Elephants.

Vote Abstain if you feel the same way.

I voted abstain, which means I think none of them!
