I just installed PtW and the main menu is weird(see pic). I don't know what to click. If you could help, I would appericate it.

That is really REALLY REALLY weird, the only thing I can think of doing is reinstalling the beast

I have the same problem..................and what I learned from playing with the months is that they go in order of the Civ3 menu...Apr. is New Game, May is Start Game, Jun. is Tutorial and so on......all of the fonts and all are all screwed uo and all............and for a laugh lauch the start game or tutorial.....the loading % part will mock you with like civ leader comments...............;) I hope someone can help us on this..........and I tried reinstalling...

You have to uninstall completely and delete the folder. That happened to me once. My guess is that it's accessing a messed up file, and during reinstall it doesn't replace the file.
