Mac users always get patches later. It's a bonus feature of owning a Mac.

We Mac users get that so that if a game breaking patch comes out, we can laugh until we get it. :)

Seeing as how the patch containing the latest patch notes haven't been released yet, then no.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the reason you haven't seen a patch that buffs Germany & the Ottomans is the same reason people who use a PC haven't: patch ain't out yet

Ergo, the Mac patch ain't out yet.
Since, the Mac patch generally comes out a month later than the PC patch. This has been the example set by the past few patch cycles. The Mac patch, expect it in July/August
So unfortunately the ottomans and the germans will remain nerfed till then.

Just a couple of corrections, it's more like 2-3 months. And Apple has no part in this, ask Aspyr.

@Swink Caesar - I think he said ask Apple because he was reffering to coding differences or something, or at least that's what I would say that for.

Now back on Topic:
No silly Mac users; you get no patch, this patch is supposed to get Civilization 5 as close to perfection as possible, and Macs are far from perfection. Ergo, you get no patch because it wouldn't work.

As others have said, the latest set of patch notes hasn't been patched into the PC yet, and the Mac patch work waits on the PC code to be finalized.
