I voted YES but would like to see it implemented during Turn 1, as I feel we should use the pre-turn to prioritize the rush of libraries in our newly-acquired territories in India. We need that culture benefit immediately to stave off possible Iroquois/Chinese expansion into our land.

Please join me in voting YES for this proposal with the mind that the embassy might not be established until Turn 1.

YES! It will be good if we decide to attack persia (which we need to eventually)
