Which techs are the most important in the Industrial Age?

For our purposes, Steam Engine, Replaceable Parts, and Motorized Transportation are priorities. We need railroads, increase worker speed, infantry, and Panzers ASAP,

Before anyone says anything.... Two techs are missing from the list.... Medicine and Steam Power.

Steam Power I belive is a tech we should get a all costs..... That's are #1 priority right now...

Medicine we can get through trade.

May we not forget about TOE! Scientific Method is a must get for the TOE. We get toe, grab atom and electricity from them, build Hoover, and help our cities produce. Then, using our free Hydro Plants, we roll out Der Panzers.

Industrialization (Factories), Refining (Oil), Scientific Method (TOE), Replacable Parts (x2 worker efficiency), Electronics (Hoover, irragation anywhere), and Motorized Transportation (our UU).
