View Full Version : 6 Men on Court!
cgannon64 Feb 02, 2003, 09:31 AM Anyone hear about this? For the last 8 seconds of the Seton Hall-Georgetown basketball game, Seton Hall had 6 men on the court and no one noticed. Not the ref, coach, or any of the kids. What's hilarious is that the 5 men scored on 6 men!
Refs are horrible these days...:crazyeye:
willemvanoranje Feb 02, 2003, 10:01 AM :lol: that's just plain stupidness!
cgannon64 Feb 02, 2003, 10:48 AM I heard they are considering replaying the last 8 seconds, or maybe the entire game. I'm totally against that. You can't replay a sports game...there are so many factors that can't be recreated...
Azale Feb 02, 2003, 07:55 PM If you remember, some people recommended back after the 49ers-Giants Wild Card game, that because of a horribly botched call at the end the game, that they should replay that game too.:rolleyes: Ridiculous.
MrPresident Feb 03, 2003, 06:58 AM I think Arsenal replayed an FA cup match because of "ungentlemanly behaviour". Basically Arsenal had a throw-in but were meant to throw it back to the other team (because they had kicked it out due to an injury) but instead they carried on playing and scored.
willemvanoranje Feb 03, 2003, 08:25 AM yes, but I think that was unofficial, right?

:hmm::hmm::hmm::hmm: Is stupidness a word....? ;)
Unregister Feb 03, 2003, 04:36 PM But anyways, the Boston Bruins of the NHL the other week had THREE to many men on the ice penalties. Thats pretty embarrasing.
willemvanoranje Feb 04, 2003, 02:35 AM :lol: it is now, a new Dutch-English word :p

It was against Sheffield United and I believe that Arsenal agreed to replay the game without the FA forcing then to play...
